How we helped SME Tenders to leverage the excellent reputation they had built with a small portfolio of clients to broaden both their client base and revenue streams.
SME Tenders provide tender writing support to small businesses in the UK. Formed from a partnership of bid writers, they work closely with clients to formulate winning bids. But with new work coming from repeat business and referrals, they had no strategy or system to generate new leads. Putting in place a simple lead generation tool, sales funnel and automated response has allowed bid managers and writers to focus on delivering results whilst a more automated system generates new business and enables the SME Tenders to reach new clients and new markets.
